How is the mpp power tube connected?

Let's take a look at it together:

1. Before bonding the pipes and fittings of mpp power pipes, use a dry cloth to wipe the side of the socket and the outside of the socket. When there is oil on the surface, it must be wiped with acetone.

2. The section of the pipe should be flat, vertical to the pipe axis and chamfered; before bonding, the insertion mark should be drawn and the test insertion should be carried out. The test insertion depth can only be inserted to 1/3 to 1/2 of the original depth. It is strictly forbidden to use the bonding method when the gap is too large.

3. When applying the adhesive, first apply the inner side of the socket, and then apply the outer side of the socket. When applying the socket, apply an appropriate amount evenly from the inside to the outside along the axis, and do not miss or apply too much (200g/m2).

4. After the adhesive is applied, the applied external force should be kept unchanged within 1 minute, and the straightness and position of the mpp power pipe interface should be kept correct.

5. After the bonding is completed, wipe up the excess adhesive extruded in time, and do not apply force or forcibly load it during the curing time.
