Welding of mpp pipes cannot be performed in rainy weather, otherwise water vapor will be generated on the end face of the welded pipe. Before heating, use a heating plate to bake the end face of the pipe until the water vapor completely evaporates, and then heat the pipe.

4. When the ambient temperature is lower than -5°C or in windy weather, thermal insulation and precautions should be taken. Otherwise, the welding quality will be seriously affected.

5. Pipe welding cannot be performed in rainy weather. The surface and tube ends of the MPP power pipe heating plate should be cleaned with alcohol frequently to ensure that the surface of the heating plate is free of oil, water and impurities.

6. When the weld is cooled, it should be cooled naturally. When forced cooling is used, the welding quality of the pipe will be affected.

7. The anti-sticking layer on the surface of the heating plate should not be damaged. Before welding, use a clean rag to wipe the water, impurities and soil on the end surface of the pipe. The ends of welded pipes should be kept clean.

8. When there is water vapor on the end face of the pipe to be welded, before heating, use a heating plate to bake the end face of the pipe until the water vapor is completely released, and then heat the pipe.

9. When cleaning the end face of the pipe, someone should supervise it to prevent the pipe from closing and hurting the hand.

10. When the wall thickness of the pipe is less than 6mm, the hot-melt butt joint is generally not used. Otherwise, it is difficult to ensure the quality of pipe welding.
